It is with great pleasure that we are able to release the latest performance figures for T&T Capital Management (TTCM). To put it in perspective, we manage roughly 220 accounts currently and while we hold our stock and bond positions for a long time generally, we have thousands of options trades that must be accounted for properly. Most of the major portfolio tracking software systems struggle with options so it required a lot of data entry, but moving forward we will be providing regular quarterly results. In addition, there are inherent difficulties in reporting results for separately managed accounts, as opposed to a fund structure. We combine all accounts that I (Tim Travis) manage directly, including some accounts that are more conservative in nature, which can negatively impact results. Despite all of this, I’m quite pleased with our performance thus far and I’m even more excited about what the future can bring for clients’ of T&T Capital Management.
